Aight folks, I’ve got a project management situation set up for us on the Deviant Administration site.

The free version of the plugin does a LOT, we probably don’t need the premium version any time soon (though it’s an unlimited lifetime one-time license for $99 if it comes to that).
Everybody that gets registered for the DAP automatically has access to the “Zephyr Project Manager” section of the WordPress dashboard. Access levels are configurable.
It has…
- functional email notifications
- due dates
- priorities
- discussion
- user assignments
- and more
It also has a free mobile app. The website for Zephyr says the app is part of the Premium version, but I downloaded it and got logged in no problem. It may have limitations, or something – I dunno yet.
Really, this plugin is neat, and I’m gonna try to use the hell out of it – because I cannot keep up with all the chats lol.

If you worry about breaking the website itself, let me know, and I can give you a slightly less advanced role (still full project manager access, but can’t break the website).
